Register to play

One form per player. Playing with a partner? You each fill out this form and list each other's name. That's how we match you up as a team.

Use the same spelling your partner will use on their form. If we switch to singles, your registration still counts.

Your playing level (DUPR scale)

1 = beginner, 5 = pro. Your best guess is fine. All levels welcome!
